Processing of Contracts

Contracts will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

The availability of the services offered may vary depending on demand.

In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, the customer will be informed, indicating the reason, the different options, and the approximate delivery time for their order.

Once the order is formalized, the user will receive an email confirmation detailing the products or services purchased and their prices, shipping costs, payment method, and delivery address.

Returns

Returns are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

Delivery

No physical deliveries are made; the service is formalized online upon receipt of an email.

General Contracting Conditions

Without limiting the foregoing, we provide no warranty or commitment and make no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve the intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet performance or reliability standards, or be error-free, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Notwithstanding the above, neither the association nor any of the company's providers make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included therein; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or on behalf of the association are free of viruses, scripts, trojans, worms, malware, or other harmful components.

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the association.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
